THE TRAVELING PHOTOGRAPHER (Ether)
I have hitch-hiked, hopped freight trains, Rubber tramped in a car, caravanned, walked, ran, skipped, jumped, frollicked, crawled, stumbled and occasionally (and unfortunately as well) rode a random bus through 43 states and Mexico... so far. I travel however i can for FREE or cheap (in THAT order!) I have been traveling as a photographer for 4.5 years and taken over 23,000 photos. Photography gives me my reason to travel. You may have seen me set up in almost any major city's sidewalk or maybe your small town's farmer's market, selling my photos and jewelry, coast to coast! I always set up a sign that says 'Travelin' Photographer (43 states and Mexico... ...so far!)' behind my photos.
If you like any of these photos they are available through donation. I stitch each photo to a piece of beercase cardboard (i also stitch my 'Ether' logo in the bottom corner!) the stitching helps to frame the photo, it recycles old cardboard, helps it survive the hard life it lives in my backpack, makes it stronger so it can be mailed as a postcard... but best of all... IT HELPS PROMOTE THE MYTH OF THE DRUNKEN PHOTOGRAPHER! HAHA! (I don't even drink anymore!) That is how I sell them on sidewalks and farmer's markets. Larger sizes can be gotten as well, just ask! Those 'prices' are just suggested donations... no REASONABLE offer will be turned down! (if you only have $4.53 and you want a photo, that's cool. I'm no profit monger! but if want a photo and offer me $.83 for it... then you suck at life.) I'll even try to tell you the cool story behind the photo, if there is one... there probably is) THANKS!!!
